Two Words Per Tick After you can easily keep the beat at one word for each tick with 100 percent comprehension, do two words for each tick. After you start the beat timer by clicking on the link below, place your index finger under and between the first and second word on the line. As you hear the next tick, silently say the first two words to yourself. After you hear the tick and silently say those two words to yourself, slide your finger from left-to-right and place your finger under and between the next two words on the line. As you reach the end of the line, if only one word remains on the line, silently say just that one last word on the line. This way, you will always start the next line by placing your index finger under and between the first two words on the line. Keep the beat at two words for each tick. And remember to silently say the two words to yourself as you keep the beat at two words for each tick. After you can easily keep the beat at two words for each tick with 100 percent comprehension, move to the Three Word Per Tick Exercise and never run this exercise again.
